| | ABOUT ME | | Mireille Elsley has been a force in real estate for 34 years. After enjoying immediate success as an agent, she went on to manage for major companies where she recruited, trained and inspired hundreds of agents for a number of years.
In 1985, Mireille opened her own real estate company - Re/Max Ultimate - which quickly grew to become the flagship Re/Max office in the centre of Toronto. The bulding at the corner of Bayview and Parkhurst remains a landmark to this day. In 1999, she opened a second office in Scarborough.
The wheel turned full circle in 2007 when Mireille sold the business. This allowed her to go back to what got her excited about real estate in the first place - working with buyers and sellers!
She is an excellent negotiator, and is familiar with most areas in the GTA. Mireille also has some impressive language skills, being fluent in five languages - English, French, Armenian, Arabic and Turkish.

The firm continues to enjoy great success as the flagship Re/Max office in central Toronto. The 90+ realtors working from this location service a broad range of neighbourhoods from the lake to the city limits.
After 23 years at the helm, Mireille decided it was time to pass the torch. She found a worthy successsor in Tim Syrianos and in March 2007 the business changed hands. As the new broker/owner, Tim is highly energized and committed to taking Re/Max Ultimate to new heights.
